And just like that — TeamGym4Health has reached its final chapter. 🎉

The Final Conference in Lisbon, Portugal marked the official closing of our 30-month Erasmus+ journey, bringing together partners, coaches, athletes, parents and decision-makers from across Europe to celebrate what we have built together.

The conference was a moment to present the full scope of our achievements — the TG4HEM educational methodology, the free MOOC online course, the results of our pilot programmes with 180 young athletes, and the network of 150 trained coaches now active across 6 countries.

But more than a presentation, it was a celebration of people. Of the coaches who embraced a new methodology. Of the young athletes who found joy and health through TeamGym. Of the partners who gave their time, expertise and passion to this shared mission.

TeamGym4Health may be ending — but what we built will continue. The methodology is published, the MOOC is live, and the community of practice is growing.

Thank you to every partner, supporter, and friend who was part of this journey. Together, we fostered healthy lifestyles in children and youth — one jump at a time. 🤸
