The Faculty of Sport and Physical Education in Niš, Serbia proudly hosted a National TeamGym Seminar as part of the TeamGym4Health project — six days of discovery, learning, and movement.

Participants including coaches and physical education teachers explored TeamGym through a mix of theory and hands-on practice. From the fundamentals on Day 1 to choreography sessions at GD “Soko 1897”, the seminar created space for innovation and knowledge-sharing in sport and education.

A powerful example of how collaboration drives progress — and how TeamGym can open new doors for coaches, athletes, and communities alike.

During this initial online session, project partners introduced themselves, shared their goals, and laid the foundation for the upcoming activities and collaboration. The meeting highlighted the project’s commitment to using TeamGym as a tool to support healthier lifestyles, especially among youth, by combining sport, education, and community engagement.

This is just the beginning—many innovative activities, workshops, and learning opportunities lie ahead. We’re excited to work together to promote physical activity, inclusivity, and health through the power of TeamGym.
