What an exciting milestone for TeamGym4Health (TG4H) — the first local training course in Ljubljana, Slovenia, hosted by Športno društvo GIB!

With the TG4HEM methodology freshly developed and tested, GIB coaches took the next step in the trainer-to-trainer chain — bringing TeamGym to local coaches and clubs across Slovenia. Participants worked through floor routines, tumbling progressions, and trampet fundamentals, discovering how TeamGym can become a powerful tool for health and youth engagement.

This is what the project is all about — knowledge spreading from one trainer to another, from one country to the next.
