What a great start to the TeamGym4Health (TG4H) dissemination journey! Our first Multiplier Sport Event (MSE 1) took place in Rijeka, Croatia, alongside the project’s very first Transnational Project Meeting.
The workshop brought together coaches, teachers, representatives of local schools and sport clubs to introduce the TeamGym4Health project and its goals. Participants learned about TeamGym as a discipline, explored the planned educational methodology, and were invited to join the upcoming local training courses and the free online MOOC.
This first public event set the tone for the project’s outreach strategy — engaging real people on the ground, building local networks, and creating awareness about TeamGym as a powerful tool for youth health and inclusion.

During this initial online session, project partners introduced themselves, shared their goals, and laid the foundation for the upcoming activities and collaboration. The meeting highlighted the project’s commitment to using TeamGym as a tool to support healthier lifestyles, especially among youth, by combining sport, education, and community engagement.
This is just the beginning—many innovative activities, workshops, and learning opportunities lie ahead. We’re excited to work together to promote physical activity, inclusivity, and health through the power of TeamGym.
