Our second Multiplier Sport Event (MSE 2) took place in Bolu, Turkey, during an incredible week that also included TPM 2 and the first International Training Course.
This workshop was all about showcasing the TG4HEM Alpha Version — the first tested edition of our coach education methodology — to a wider audience of teachers, coaches, and representatives of national gymnastics federations. Participants experienced live demonstrations of TeamGym floor, tumbling, and trampet exercises, and saw firsthand how the methodology translates into real training sessions.
The feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Stakeholders recognised the potential of TeamGym as an accessible, inclusive and health-promoting activity for young people — and many expressed interest in bringing it to their own clubs and schools.

During this initial online session, project partners introduced themselves, shared their goals, and laid the foundation for the upcoming activities and collaboration. The meeting highlighted the project’s commitment to using TeamGym as a tool to support healthier lifestyles, especially among youth, by combining sport, education, and community engagement.
This is just the beginning—many innovative activities, workshops, and learning opportunities lie ahead. We’re excited to work together to promote physical activity, inclusivity, and health through the power of TeamGym.
