Educational Methodology
This education material was a result from the project goal for new gymnastics
disciplines TeamGym, to present methodology and curriculum development for
trainers. Specific project goal is to the develop an educational manual with app and a MOOC about how to implement TG4HEM for coaches.
TG4HEM model Alfa-version
TeamGym is a relative new discipline of Gymnastics, practiced in a mixed team for all ages,
levels and abilities. Endorsing the values associated with the sports for all approach,
TeamGym, through a fun, stimulating and challenge environment, provides learning of new
motor and social skills, and thus avoid early sports dropout and enhance healthy and active
habits for life.
