The TeamGym4Health (TG4H) journey took an exciting step forward with our first Transnational Project Meeting (TPM 1), held in the beautiful city of Rijeka, Croatia. This in-person meeting marked an important moment for the project, as partners from across Europe came together to connect, collaborate, and shape the path ahead.
In parallel with TPM 1, we hosted an engaging TeamGym workshop to introduce this vibrant, team-based gymnastics discipline to a wider audience. While TeamGym is still relatively young and lesser known in some regions, its energy, inclusivity, and team spirit quickly captured everyone’s attention.
The meeting allowed partners to align goals, discuss upcoming activities, and experience firsthand the impact that TeamGym can have—not just as a sport, but as a tool for promoting health, confidence, and community.
