What a meaningful few days it was in Lisbon, Portugal, for our fourth and final Transnational Project Meeting (TPM 4) as part of the TeamGym4Health (TG4H) project! With 30 months of hard work behind us, partners from seven countries gathered one last time to celebrate, reflect, and look ahead.
This final meeting was a moment to acknowledge everything we have achieved together — the development of the TG4HEM methodology, the training of coaches across six partner countries, the pilot programmes with young athletes, and the launch of our free online MOOC course.
The meeting was a powerful reminder that great things happen when dedicated people come together with a shared mission. TeamGym4Health has shown that sport can be a genuine tool for youth health, inclusion and community building across Europe.
A heartfelt thank you to Ginásio Clube Português for hosting this memorable closing chapter, and to every partner, coach, athlete and supporter who made this journey possible.
