What an incredible week in Bolu, Turkey for our first International Training Course (TCo 1) as part of the TeamGym4Health (TG4H) project!
Coaches and experts from across Europe came together for three intensive days of learning, movement, and methodology. The sessions covered all three TeamGym apparatus — floor, tumbling, and trampet — with hands-on workshops designed to build technical skills and confidence.
Day 1 kicked off with energy and purpose as partners gathered for the first time to experience TeamGym together. Day 2 brought tumbling and trampet workshops alongside a productive session on TeamGym judging and rules. Day 3 was a highlight for everyone — a choreography workshop open to children from the local community, who joined in with enthusiasm and showed just what TeamGym can do for young people.
This training course marked the official launch of the TG4HEM Alpha Version — our coach education methodology — tested in practice for the first time by an international group of coaches ready to bring it home.

During this initial online session, project partners introduced themselves, shared their goals, and laid the foundation for the upcoming activities and collaboration. The meeting highlighted the project’s commitment to using TeamGym as a tool to support healthier lifestyles, especially among youth, by combining sport, education, and community engagement.
This is just the beginning—many innovative activities, workshops, and learning opportunities lie ahead. We’re excited to work together to promote physical activity, inclusivity, and health through the power of TeamGym.
