The TeamGym4Health (TG4H) project has officially launched! Our first virtual project meeting brought together partners from across Europe to kick off an exciting new journey focused on promoting health and well-being through TeamGym—a dynamic and engaging gymnastics discipline that emphasizes teamwork, strength, and coordination.

During this initial online session, project partners introduced themselves, shared their goals, and laid the foundation for the upcoming activities and collaboration. The meeting highlighted the project’s commitment to using TeamGym as a tool to support healthier lifestyles, especially among youth, by combining sport, education, and community engagement.

This is just the beginning—many innovative activities, workshops, and learning opportunities lie ahead. We’re excited to work together to promote physical activity, inclusivity, and health through the power of TeamGym.
