The TeamGym4Health (TG4H) project continues to build momentum! During our second virtual project meeting, partners gathered to celebrate a major milestone: the successful delivery of TG4H workshops in Turkey and the official launch of our brand-new TeamGym4Health Educational Methodology (TG4HEM).

Led by the Expert Committee, the workshops offered practical sessions in tumbling, floor, and trampet, equipping coaches with valuable tools and innovative approaches to bring back to their home clubs. The response was overwhelmingly positive—coaches left inspired, informed, and ready to implement TG4HEM in their daily practice.

This meeting served as a great opportunity to review the workshop outcomes, gather feedback, and discuss next steps for refining and rolling out the methodology across partner countries. The passion for TeamGym and the shared commitment to health and education were felt strongly throughout.
