Our third Multiplier Sport Event (MSE 3) brought the TeamGym4Health methodology to Zagreb, Croatia, as part of an action-packed week that also included TPM 3 and the advanced International Training Course (TCo 2).
Hosted by Gimnastički klub Trešnjevka, the workshop presented the TG4HEM Alpha Version to Croatian stakeholders — coaches, physical education teachers, sport club representatives, and members of the gymnastics community. The focus was on the advanced TeamGym programme, with live demonstrations showing how floor routines, tumbling sequences, and trampet exercises can be adapted for different age groups and skill levels.
Participants were introduced to the Trainer-to-Trainer approach, learning how knowledge can be passed from internationally trained coaches to local trainers — ensuring that TeamGym4Health continues to grow long after the project ends.
The energy in the hall was amazing. Zagreb proved once again that TeamGym has a home in Croatia!

During this initial online session, project partners introduced themselves, shared their goals, and laid the foundation for the upcoming activities and collaboration. The meeting highlighted the project’s commitment to using TeamGym as a tool to support healthier lifestyles, especially among youth, by combining sport, education, and community engagement.
This is just the beginning—many innovative activities, workshops, and learning opportunities lie ahead. We’re excited to work together to promote physical activity, inclusivity, and health through the power of TeamGym.
