What an amazing few days in Zagreb, Croatia for our second International Training Course (TCo 2) as part of the TeamGym4Health (TG4H) project!

Hosted by Gimnastički klub Trešnjevka, this advanced-level training course brought together coaches from all partner countries for four days of intensive work on the TG4HEM methodology. Building on the foundations laid in Bolu, participants dove deeper into technical progressions, coaching approaches, and the practical application of TeamGym in grassroots sport settings.

The week opened with promo shoots and a high-energy tumbling workshop, followed by official project meetings and Trainer-to-Trainer sessions focused on empowering coaches to pass their knowledge on to others. Zagreb’s vibrant atmosphere — from the training hall to the iconic Dolac Market — made this a week to remember.

With the methodology now tested and refined, coaches left Zagreb equipped, inspired, and ready to launch their local pilot programmes.
