The TeamGym4Health MOOC is live! 🚀
Our third Training Course takes a different form — a free, self-paced Massive Open Online Course developed as part of the TeamGym4Health (TG4H) project, now available to coaches and sport professionals across Europe and beyond.
The MOOC brings the full TG4HEM methodology online — covering all three TeamGym apparatus (floor, tumbling, and mini trampoline) across two levels: Level A for athletes aged 12–15 and Level B for athletes aged 15–18. Each module includes instructional videos, practical guides, and a final quiz leading to a certificate of completion.
Developed by our partner Smart Nest (Latvia) in collaboration with all project partners, the MOOC ensures that the TeamGym4Health methodology lives on long after the project ends — freely accessible to any coach, anywhere, at any time.

During this initial online session, project partners introduced themselves, shared their goals, and laid the foundation for the upcoming activities and collaboration. The meeting highlighted the project’s commitment to using TeamGym as a tool to support healthier lifestyles, especially among youth, by combining sport, education, and community engagement.
This is just the beginning—many innovative activities, workshops, and learning opportunities lie ahead. We’re excited to work together to promote physical activity, inclusivity, and health through the power of TeamGym.
